Formerly vice president, senior executive search, Noland has more than 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles for hospitals, home care companies, health systems and national healthcare organizations.
In her new role, Noland will lead B. E. Smith's business development and management of services for boards of directors and CEOs. Her duties include CEO recruitment, as well as managing the search process to help clients select the ideal CEO candidate.

Prior to joining B. E. Smith, Noland was an executive at Saint Luke's Health System in Kansas City with administrative responsibility. She has more than 15 years of university teaching experience in nursing administration, critical care, quality management and strategic planning. She is a recognized expert in the Joint Commission Accreditation Process, having surveyed for nearly 20 years in 48 states.
Noland has a bachelor's degree in nursing, summa cum laude; an MPA in health services/policy/planning; a Ph.D. in higher educational administration; and has completed a dissertation in community healthcare. She also is a doctoral fellowship recipient.
With the complexity of healthcare continuing to increase, Noland's position--a newly created role within the company--will enable B. E. Smith to provide additional leadership solutions to its clients, according to Smith.
